ello, ive just received an email in some different language and thought it might be some kind of rumunian, hence i need help
anyone has any idea what might it mean ?

Well Maybe you should try to ask in General Help which langauge this could be or just take a part of the message and type it at google .. maybe you will see then a smiliar text on a website.
