Lost in rollback?
I had an item restored once in a rollback, but then I could provice screenshot proof of that item being dropped/stored on a character at the time of the rollback. You could try to send gala a mail about this but don't expect it to be handled quickly. Only reason we got ours handled so quickly was because one of the guys on my "team" was annoying and decided to call gala and complain... which is not the first time either
Just don't expect to get anything back if it was due to a rollback, I know people who lost full +10 bsets, ulti +8++ weapons and really high end gear due to rllbacks and got nothing restored.
Alot of people lose items in rollbacks on flyff, mainly because ur character doesn't "autosave" often enough, some people say the way to prevent this is to log out the character u transfer to and back in again.
Not that I know how well that works, I always did it just in case...
If it's due to a bug/glitch just send them a mail with a topic that catches their eyes lol, they handle some issues faster than others, a bug like that I think would end up pretty high on the list. I do know that ingame bugs/scamming/harrassment etc. is higher on their priority list than just item restoration... and if u can't wait for a response, call them. Calling them will force them to handle your issue almost immediately.
