yeah by 1:1 i mean 1 fg : 1 million penya. I left it as a bid since I'm not positive what the prices are for lower populated servers like CW. I know lawolf and aibatt can go as low as 1 fg: 500k it seems like. So by highest offer I mean the lower ratio of fg to penya, since the lower the ratio the more fg i get :D
