hey. i have about 5b in penya. u can easily get more than those items u looking for. probably enough for 1 good character :D. in aibatt (dragon cloak +320 attk is about 700m) so u have 4.3B left if u buy all my penya at a 1:600k ratio.

dragon cloak +320 is prbably one of the best cloaks

not even get that junk cloak out of here str/attack isnt everything

lol Lumines ur dumb. that cloak is better then every clock unless ur a crit class (st patrick cloak.) so please stfu cause it seems u dont know anything. (dragon cloak of the initiate= only for style. those stats dont do sheit)

There are 2 different kind of dragon cloaks. 320+ attack is better. unless u want other one for style.

i didnt mention anycloaks and if i were i would choose 10% speed 100+hp cloaks overall you need works greatly in both pvm and pvp

speed gets you kill per rate go alot faster 320 attack cloak doesnt work great at all when awakens pretty much give you everything else you need

billposters enough damage with asal without the cloak
blades enough crit damage without the cloak
psykeepers now i guess would use st patties cloak for faster psy bomb usage
knights 10/100 cloaks definately gives them a great boost in life if they are tanks in siege
ringmasters in siege are to provide buffs and hc whenever used possible therefore 320 cloak useless again

btw let me tell u this. the buyer is only a lvl 44 cause he pmed me. and he is willing to start a new with my money which he is going to trade. i dont think he will pvp until he is 105+. cause he will obviously get pwned at low lvls. so please stfu. u should consider the lower lvls not just the high lvls.
