I like that idea.
I am not so sure about the new weapons though, the people who spent a lot on their bloody weapons upgrading
kind of get screwed over since they wont have end game weapons anymore.

Im sure the new weapons will be needed or wanted by many people for the new quests

and pretty sure there will be a way to trade in your bloody for a low new weapon.. they have tons of quests like that

as for the look
its ehh they just added silver to bloody weapons from the looks of it with korean words
but im sure the dmg/stats will be insane

You have to buy azria tickets from somebody in game or in the cash shop.
Lvl 70 is a decent level to go there, you can fight Yetti ( forgot the level ) but they are a lower lvl than Mutant Yetti which are lvl 79.
So I would say you are good to go.
