How do you guys feel about this event? There was a lot of talk going on when they posted this event & I would like to hear your opinions!
I think there are some amazing recipes, and it is unfair to the people who did not get to sign up.

I actually did get a chance to sign up so I am pretty happy about that, although I wish there was more room for my friends.

For the people who do not know about this event..

FlyFF Material Alchemy Event!

Master Dwarpet, the crafty alchemist.

Long ago, during the Clockworks War, lived a strange alchemist. Largely regarded as a “quack”, he retreated into exile, where he could practice his craft away from the prying and judgmental eyes of the citizens of Madrigal. It is said that this Master Dwarpet, shunned by his peers for performing strange experiments and crafting some most unusual concoctions, had found a suitable location to continue his work and lived as a hermit somewhere in the Gouthan Mountains. Here, he practiced his dark magic and alchemy in hopes of discovering the ultimate weapon, a flask designed to infuse him with the power of the clown gods; Shade, Bubble, and Iblis.

Many citizens of Madrigal are skeptical and they will tell you this is all just an urban legend, a story designed to scare children away from venturing too far into the Gouthan Mountains. However, the Sages living at the Fountain of Dead Person will tell you that this misguided Master Dwarpet did indeed exist and that he ended up destroying himself in the pursuit of this ultimate concoction.
Well, that’s what they would have told you, until today…

Event Rules:

For any questions, concerns, or suggestions about this event, please email flyff_community@gala-net.com

1. The FlyFF Alchemy Event is designed as sort of a GM run Quest Event with amazing rewards.
2. Players must sign-up using the web-form located here: http://flyff.gpotato.com/?m=events
3. Each player is ONLY allowed to sign up on ONE account/character only. Evidence that one player has signed up on multiple accounts or multiple characters/servers will result in disqualification from the event, and action taken against their game accounts. So, please don’t do it.
4. There are 3 recipe categories. Each player can choose up to TWO recipes total and no more than ONE from a single category. Provided the required items are submitted, and unless otherwise noted, each recipe is only performed ONE TIME.
5. Players ARE NOT allowed to trade or mail items to another player or character in order to have multiple enhancements performed on the same item. Evidence of this occurring will be met with the harshest of penalties, and the Master Dwarpet WILL be checking.
6. Sign-ups are “First Come First Serve” so if you are interested in participating in the event, sign-up early. There will only be a limited number of player sign-ups allowed per server. Most likely 200.
7. Below is a list of “Ritual Alchemy Recipes” that consist of required in-game items players must gather and submit to the Master Dwarpet in order for him to perform “The Ritual” and apply the desired effect to the weapon, armor, pet, or create the item specified in the recipe.
8. You will have at least ONE WEEK to collect the required items for your chosen Alchemy Recipe. In one week the Master Dwarpet will begin visiting one server each day to collect the quest items and apply the alchemy enchantments. The dates that the Master Dwarpet will be visiting each server are posted in the on the event sign-up page.
9. Players will be summoned to the Master Dwarpet's secret lair in the order that they were signed up on the day that the Dwarpet Is visiting their server.
10. Players who are not online during the specific time, or are not online with the Master Dwarpet attempts to summon them will lose the chance to exchange their items.
11. Since it can take a lot of time for the Master Dwarpet to get through all sign-ups on a specific server, additional days may be scheduled (IF NEEDED) if we run out of time.

I agree with the rich being able to get richer, but the poor can get richer too..

Collector items go up in price,
jewels go up in price,
and any materials useable goes up in price, quest items ect..
So anybody can sell that stuff for a bigger profit.

But by no means does the poor actually lose anything and get more poor..

I do think that this kind of event is stupid because there is such a limited capacity..
