It's your generic free MMO. Bunch of different classes, go around, grind and do "grinding" style quests, level, pvp, etc etc. only thing really different about this one is that you can fly on boards/brooms/bikes/clouds/carpets etc.

Bulls eye. You also forgot to mention that cash shop buyers own the economy in the game.

you forgot to say the fact that they have many quests in witch allow you to be the cash shop economy

Also cash shop items are tradable

It's a game that has potential in 2005 and then a bunch of monkey's got on the dev team and now it's something not worth spending your time in...
