there is that cloak event and i want one but gpots r to xpensive. am i allowed to get someone to buy it for me on Clockworks server and pay them fgs? its pretty much buying the cs

alot of people do it but your 420 fg wont make up for 1900 gpots :o

Gpot items are tradeable, however Gpots themselves are not. ( it's impossible unless somebody buys them on your accnt or mailed you a card ID)
The rules really do need to be changed on the gpot matter, so yeah you could say they are tradeable..
Just post for the item and if somebody wants to buy it with their gpot and trade it to you.. That is perfectly legal.

Yes, if you buy gpots on your account you can use them on any server/character you own.
