so after 15 day waiting + crying + hope ...
they replied me : Dear Valued Flyff Player, Thank you for contacting us. Our logs show that you neglected to use a Protect Scroll during the upgrade. Unfortunately, we cannot restore items due to user error or client-side lag. You will have to continue with the current state of your character. Please understand that while we want to help you, we cannot accommodate the hundreds of mistakes that our players make daily due to carelessness or client-side lag. If we restored an item for one person, we would have to do it for all, and we simply do not have the resources available to do that. Please be more careful in the future.

i love you guys when you know lot of guy who used apros and not spros to up items or has forget use a spros alway got items restored

ofc i used but they saying i dont use to have a exuse and dont restore my items
to make me spending over 6b for a bloodyknuck ...

that sucks.
even know i like the game and all that, i really don't think flyff do enough towards the game, it's all based around CS fashion items and nothing gets put into working on more items/quests gameplay. and the Gm's aren't that useful either, they never know what is going on or they are not allowed to talk about it if a problems going on, the worste thing they done was to make up to us for the long downtime, they give us an amazing event but done the stupid thing of releasing the event before the servers were 100% stable, so then we go the shity log in bug EVERYDAY for hours until we could get back in again, and to make up for the log in bug they extended the event a few days which didn't really do much since they still didn't get the log in fixed during it ¬¬ and if you feel like speaking your mind and want to get other peoples opions on the matter, soon as you post a new thread on the subject, it will almost everytime get locked right away by the Gm's. so very stupid lol.

i really hate them trying to get more people spending real cash to buy there cs, like seriously did you see what they released this month. a fuck xmas bunny! omg like really gala gtfo! :L

as i said if u are ... they restore you but if u got 6b in stash it is bye bye go buy a now for gm
