Like the title say, can anybody help me with making a perfect rm?
Like give me some tips?

What would you like to do with this rm?
Would you like to be full support?
Would you like to be a cw rm?

full support !

Then go all int. xD
Use the Flury/Wedge set at level 45.
Get a nice int stick.

Go fs some people.
Have fun.

(If you get tired of dieing put some pts into Stamina, not required however.)
