For a beginner an easy class that will cost a fairly small amount to be useful but also able to throw lots of penya into it to make it good. I'd prefer something I can use to pvm/pvp almost solo for the better part of the time. If you have a char type, a build as well would be preferable. Thanks :]

Mercenary or Assist (fighting, not support of course) is probably your best bet for solo'ing PvM early on. Although both will lose in PvP in early levels versus ranged attackers...
If you're just starting out I would suggest a Mercenary -> Blade build (mostly STR and DEX, 0 INT and just a little STA) or an Assist -> Billposter build (pretty much the same stats or more STA to AOE).

Do not try full support Assist -> Ringmaster and Acrobat -> bow Jester or Acrobat -> Ranger because these builds require expensive gear that you won't have access to when you're just starting out.

Honestly, I would recommend RM as your first character because leveling other characters is so much easier when you have your own RM to support you smile.gif

But if you insist, then go BP.

FS Assists suck without full Lv45 set, you need the faster cast rate to be able to spam heal faster. Also you have to choose carefully your skills. No one wants to party with a FS assist who sucks, they would rather give a free plvl to a leecher or even just solo. It is very easy to make a mistake trying out FS Assist and then you're stuck being noob for a long time or until you decide to restat/reskill (costly).

Lol skills? Max heal, max haste, max heap, max beef, max cats, max cannon... That's the basic FS

45 set + weapon is like 30-40m TOPS, all things considered pretty cheap and that isn't even needed

plevel to leach? or solo? Are you really that stupid? FS is leach plus...

Seriously do you even have flyff installed?

Mmhmm.
Go RM, you'll enjoy fsing yourself at later levels.

You could go BP too.
Soloing giants can make a good sum of penya.

Keep in mind kyle that if you do end up making a RM, I'll most likely be helping with gearing it as well as finding you GH partners that share drops. Similarly, if you come with me to Azria, we'll split the $ evenly (only cuz you're fuckin cute though). Also, cw still yields decent drops on the new server. They're not as hard to make money with as people seem to assume they are; with the right friends and connections it can be very easy.

However, I do still recommend you make an alternate to play with. It's always good to have another char to mess around on.
