ye so i just dled the game what should i start doing.. im not a noob like people that dont even know where to go and such.

Join a guild and gw on flyff. ;D
Having a partner while training is good. (You've both got to be in an advanced party)

When people say..."Selling [Something] 40m! /say me"
they don't actually want you to just start saying "me".
They want you to private message them.
/say [name]
That will Send them a Private msg.
