What should i put my stats points into and skill points

Well, Now it all depends on what 2nd job you're going to pick.. If you're going to go Elemental, I'd say go with about 70-90 STA, and the rest you dump into INT.
If you're going to go Psykeeper, Dump full STA.

**Note** I haven't played flyff in QUITE awhile.. Last time I played.. Was.. v7, I believe. had a level 105 on Mushpoie. Anyways.

-.- Satanology is a psy skill.. and you only add the STA on an Ele 'cause then you can AOE better.

That depends on if you want to PvP or not..

If you want to PvP with an ele.. you'll have to wait for pretty high levels.. Like 90+. for a psy, the pvp level is about 75+

I'd say stick to PvM for now, which means you want to level fast, which means you might want to go ele.

Also, You can go AoE with psy as well, you'll just level really slow to start with..

Elementors are better with a STA / INT build because they get hit from Mobs while AoE.

Not that much as the guy above said but it should be a decent amount in my opinion.

I think about 40 - 50 STA...
