Wow, so making a non-PvP char is probably best to start, eh? Then earn a bunch of penya towards ur PvP char?

Leveling isn't too long in this is it?

The whole game is a giant grind fest. Even after you hit your level cap, you can go back to level 1 and then level yourself all over again (with better stats).

Leveling takes forever unless you become extremely efficient and/or get leeched. You may be able to pay for power leveling services. As for leveling yourself, there are a lot of ways to maximize your efficiency but it's not easy.

First you need a leveling partner. This game is centered around pairs... support + killer usually works best, but there are other viable combinations.
Secondly you need a full party. All members receive a small exp bonus when the party is full.
Thirdly you can use Amp Scrolls. You can stack up to 3 of them at a time and they increase your EXP gain by a good percentage.
Fourthly, you can go to special areas (Coral/Azria) where monsters are easy and give high EXP.

Leveling doesn't seem so bad when you can get all 4 of these at once, but it's hard to be in such a scenario.

Hated the levels 57-60 the most. You arent strong enough to kill things as fast and you earn less exp than the levels before 57.
Also what is the point for a pvp character except for the pk server?
