That's not necessarily true. A lot of the Hero yoyo jesters now, i.e. xWinged, LadyUltima went to bow jester and aoe'd their way to Hero level from Master (lv 60). I can assure you they indeed can aoe.

Oh and in terms of versatility, bps are so much better. You can aoe and 1v1 based on gear. Blades can't aoe and 1v1 switch quickly unless they use a restat every time they switch builds, not to mention gear. Str is useless in blade aoe as you already know.

And as for pvp, can't look at arena pvp for that. Gotta look at siege pvp, and from that it's pretty obvious that billposters pretty much rule, with the exception of xWinged when he was still active.

Uhh that's not necessarily true either. Many lv 8x full dex aoe blades just get a tanker and level at mammoths. Some guy on mushpoie did that to go from lv 60 master to Hero in 3 days during the FlyFF Appreciation event (3x exp) Even without a tanker, they have amazing block rate for leveling. They're also one of those underestimated builds. Very much underestimated.

And yeah, prevention cooldown time is a bummer.
