The Billposter is the best PvP character, hands down.
There is not "best" class for PvM though.
Any character can do well against monsters.

xDDDDDDD u guys should see my som time eles fucking own i destroy everything but bp n thats only cus they either fucking stun me or asal me its gayy lol psys r gay although my friend MightyPsy has a bad ass build my brm is lvling good he destorys mobs the only things he has to wrry bout is HoP and asal n n blades kinda own after they get beserk xDDD
my ele isnt even at ful power and i pk so good. lets see wut ever ur name was blades kill n close combat since they have high dex they have high hit rate and high block rate and high crit rate my brms build is a mix between blade and bp he ownnsss
