Make sure you either buy or make a 40+ party with 250+ pts.
Use GB and FD. Constant linking will speed it up considerably.

Also...the more people that have the cw targetted the more damage you will do.
So if you really need the extra help have a bunch of your buddies join your party and select the cw while you're fighting.
Edit: (This is only when you are using "Linked Attack.")
