Are all jmod monarch shields the same? do they have same block or it depends on character thats using it that the block changes like ss?
Reason I ask is I've seen 52,62,67,72%Blocks on diff Jmods.

depends on char smile.gif
like pallies have the greatest natural block rate meaning u need less dex etc.
druids have the worse
