Furthermore, even if my valk poofed, which it didn't, then this valk being the same exact iLevel and defense, would mean it's probably unperm also.

Why do you keep saying "you guys"? Me and Snoboy are not 1 person. Matt sold the valk to snoboy, it poofed on snoboy, end of story. How I fit into this is beyond me.. but snoboy is a hell of alot more trusted than Ambitionz (Banned from CC for selling an UNPERM set of wraithbrands knowingly to xSnowboarderFL).

actually logic is very good buy a legit valk for what 8k? from 2 trusted traders but its a known priv dupe so when they say valk poofs and its a known priv dupe no one quesitons it and they get a refund or a free valk as could be then turn around sell valk ez 16k+ fg seems smart to me
