i know someone with a perm 200/5 but hes the leader of the km clan bvb name = OG he wont sell unless perhaps for $

200 / 5 is a common dupe
It's also a .10+ dupe, not pre .10 making it 100% unperm.

Unless the 1 in a billion chance he has a LEGIT 200 / 5 from .09, which he couldn't prove anyways.

there are no "perm" ebugs. first day of .10 was when the bug worked. so either this 200-5 is legit or unperm.
