The regen on it is nice but the fcr is somewhat low and str is useless on a barb.

Not really, it could be good for a BvB, for fort build,
or it could be used for a non beast build.

Still gg for BvC,
or think of it this way,
most barbs that are BvC are also BvB(so BvA) so they switch alot of there gear alot,
the str would help, and fcr could be needed.
