Do u change anything on ure system like other drivers or something like this ? Try to update ure Graphic Drivers and choose Direct Draw as D2 Graphic Mode !

I had simmular problem....

all i did was boy some exstra Mb and a new grapih + `SOUND CARD And d2 was op and runnig again IMPORTENT TO HAVE ALSO SOUND CARD Dunno why but it got mine up and running again...

I alrdy tried 2 reinstall the full system but i have still always the same problems. Were playing over 2 years d2 with this computer without any troubles.

try playing other for 1 hour or more you will surely see it is the same problem, IMO it is from the motherboard.. take it to run some tests at your insurance company
