I have 100% permed btals from 1.10 when i played name speckles (jahed). I quit d2 and play only occassionally, now i am coming back. I can get vouches and i am willing to level a new char baal 1-90 with the btals to prove it's 100% perm. I know this is a huge trade so i must make the consumer feel confident in what they are purchasing.

The reason he wants to baal is because it's public, and it takes longer.
Therefore more % chance to poof and that's what he wants to prove to his customers.
Once again guys just because he is new to d2jsp doesn't mean he is new to Diablo II.
