I got this from Nuri, he's not sure where he got it from, sorry for the fuzzy history. If anyone knows that these have been duped and what the ilvls of duped ones are, that would be appreciated. I've been using it for a while and it hasn't poofed. Just looking for offers at the moment, hopefully I'll get some more info about it later.
