Ok items duped before 1.10 patch are permed. Any items duped after the 1.10 patch are unperm. You can not have "permed" glitched items because they were glitched in 1.10, therefore they cannot be perm if duped.

no i tried to say items duped in 1.10+ are unperm unless they were virgin white items, but fucked up the wording
