THE CLASH TEST MYTH!!!
S/E tests do not work so don't listen to people who claim they can use this for charms/valks/etc. Items with the same ID only clash when they are in the same character, not just in the same game. So if you are carrying an item and someone else in game has one with same id, they will not clash. It only clashes when both of the items are carried on the same character and you leave game with it. Hence, seeing as how no one would give you their bmana or w/e to test, s/e tests will never work. Furthermore, there is more than 1 id for duped 08 valks, fletches, slippers, etc, so even a clash test on items on the same char does not necessarily mean anything.
However, you still need to temp perm even if you are carrying only 1 unperm item per char because the passive rust scan will get you sometimes. The way it works is blizzard scans ids constantly but randomly. So the longer you sit in a game, the more likely an item will poof if it's duped. For instance, if u have 40xunpermed bmanas and u sit in a game overnight, then dont temp perm the next day, chances are 20-30 of them will poof.
