there is a mid rune that gives dex. there is a mid rune that gives fhr in armor/helm

there are many jewels with fhr/dex, though they cost a lot

ko gives 10 dex

i believe its ko = 10 dex

shael = fhr

do u like to just make shit up? ive never heard of that jewel nor is it worth duping

i have numerous dex fhr jewels with high resists mods, they dont really cost alot
