Going to think there is no ROM/Emulation discussion, just a thought.

emulation, im going to guess, is off limits because of piracy issues
but you can still discuss gameplay wothout talking about if you're using an emulator or not

on the same sort of topic...

can we discuss modding game systems, i think it may also be off limits, but i thought i would ask
i always hear people talking about it, but i know nothing about it

I just wanted to ask because I wanted to play Super Smash Bros against other people on jsp.(Using a multiplayer emulator)

I would think both topics would be fine as long as links/roms were not posted or passed around. For console modding, that should be alright anyways. Hell my PS2 and Xbox1 are both modded. PS2 even has 2 mods on it!

as long as your not posting any links to rom or modding sites i dont see why it would be a problem .. but i would pm paul and ask him
