bought an adapter online i wonder if you guys think its worth it and does it feel as real as a a n64 game?

here's what i bought in the link bellow.

seems pretty easy to map, havent received it yet, so im looking to see what you guys have to say about it.

Use a gamecube controller by far the best one.

I've considered getting a USB adapter myself, so let me know how that works out :P

I heard that if you buy an unofficial N64 controller with a USB connector, the analogue stick doesn't work well and it only maps 8 directions, feeling really stiff and borderline unplayable in games that require precision. I hope that this doesn't happen with an actual controller and a separate USB adapter.

Why not? I find that N64 controllers are the hardest to adapt to the standard PS/XBOX controllers you'd use on a PC.

I've played it on a PS controller many times, but it just doesn't feel right in some games (specially the ones that rely on a heavy use of C-buttons). Hasn't stopped me from playing for hours and hours, but still...

I bought this for n64 emulator only, for any others id use an xbox controller
