so today im going to buy a new 3ds system and was wondering if yall had any experience with this

i used to have a new 3ds xl system and lost it and now im getting the new one. will nintendo be able to help me get my paid stuff back as well as my pokemon bank. what info would i need? i do not have anything related to the old system but i know all my acct infos

When I transferred my ambassador 3ds original to my n3ds
If I remember it requires them to be near each other

I got the first 3ds that come out, if I would up grade to new 3ds what did they ask you over the phone to transfer ur data?

i lost my old 3ds didn't have both systems to do the xfer

if you have both systems you can do it yourself

Call Nintendo support and explain the situation to them... they should be able to help you, if I was in your situation I would get pissed at them if they didn't help with something so simple...
