if i can get a wiiu console cheap without a controller pad

how cheap are the reg controllers
or do i need the game pad controller to play games like mario maker

i got a uncle who bought there grandkids a wiiu system for Xmas, and the grandkids broke the wiiu pad in 3months time

you'll need a gamepad, i'm pretty sure you cant do much without

Best time to get a wii u so much good games comming out,

And if you dont get the gamepad you can barely play about 20-40% of the games.

the wiiu gamepad isn't sold at stores, it is used in a lot of games and is honestly one of the bigger perks of the wiiu


most games can be played without it though so you woudn't be missing out too much. might be able to buy one through nintendo, can't imagine it being cheap though



These are your options for controllers that work on wiiu (for smash wiiu, you can use gamecube controllers, but need the adapter. smash is the only game that supports the gamecube adapter)

yep, but the screen alone seems pretty cheap so if it's the only broken part it worth trying to repair if it can land you a cheap wii u

from what i know of one of the kids got mad and threw the controller down the stairs

so the controller dont work, i havent seen it so i really dont know exactly wats wrong with it




if they dont sell in stores, i guess there no point on buying the console for $50 then

i want mario maker, and to play it you need gamepad

edit amazon has it for $150

fuck that i might has well buy a new console for that
