recently bought a 3ds and omega ruby and was wondering if i can trade pokemon between my ds and soul silver. if so do i need internet for it? i do not have wifi.

You can't do this you would need to transfer the Pokemon to black or white 2 and use the poke transfer to the pokebank to get them on ruby kinda a process lol
