So, I bought 3DS XL last week, and thought it was new, as it was sold on my local electronic shop
But today noticed that I there is this old profile, and old users PIN-code and stuff

So I cannot PIN manually, so my question is:

Is there anyway to "hack" it open (10 digits) or do I have to call my local Nintendo support and hope they can help me?
Or do I go to rage to my local shop (Gigantti, if anyone is familiar with it) and ask for TOTALLY new 3DS and some refunds cuz they lied to me





Also, how long is the battery supposed to last w/o music/3d effect and with lowest brightness?
I get the feeling that it should last longer than 7-8 hours

Battery life is fine that's about what you should get.
and I would definitely go back to the store if the said it was brand new and it's actually used.

It was on the shelf like all other 3DS' and there was small paper sheet clued on the box saying "New from Outlet" or something like that
and 20€ lower price than the others

But maybe I go out there tomorrow and ask FTW is going on

kyny91 , if i was u i'd call nintendo and explain them the situation , it shouldnt take more then 20 min and they would get it fixed.

edit 1 : also 8 hours is pretty damn good... i recharge my 3ds like every 2 days... i bring it at school , and play it in the bus , and home

Called to nintendo and they gave me some instroctions how to proceed, and did what they asked (I hope :D) and now waiting for more info from them

As I thought they couldn't do anything in the store, and didn't even bother to yell at them that it should say that it's used >.<

Well, no answer from nintendo ...
Good thing is that they promised to change my 3DS to new one [and this time i hope i really get new one ]
