where do i go to buy it? and is it worth the 12$ for both packs

full game is 60$ for 32 tracks (around 2$ per track) , dlc is 12$ for 16 tracks (a bit Under 1$ per track).
Yes it's Worth it, but the second pack doesn't come out for a while.

can i buy it with my debit card online , or do i have to litellary go to a gaming store and buy one? cause the closest home is like 30-40 min in bus , and another 30-40 min return + 10 min walking... so dont rlly wanna spend 1 h 20 minutes just to go there and then wait for a bus freezing my ass
