all you have to do is go into mystery gift once. then save in front of the girl in the pokemon center and soft reset from there.

i hear gender is locked based on your DS. so pray you get female~

i would go timid over modest the little speed boost helps esp after some quiver dances lol but good luck! been getting all male serious ones lol
