I can Pokesav Any pokemon you may want from gen 1-5 any moves you want and any nature etc. Just let me know ill do it for 25ish fg, maybe less?
These pokemon will work in tourneys if you wish to use them, just dont ask for anything stupid like 255 all evs. ivs are fair game however.

they need to be marked kalos for torney viable now?

Always been like this, for all past game tournaments as well.

They need to be bred in said game to be able to compete in tournament for said game.

They just made a mark to prove it now.
