I'm playing just plain vanilla Yellow, no trade evolution hacks or anything.

Lapras (surf)
Pidgeot (fly)
Ninetails

I've just got the silph scope, so ideally I'd like early stage pokemon, if possible.
Also, the first 3 are personal favorites, so I don't want to replace them.

I'm guessing I'll need a HM slave for strength/cut/dig (Mew?), and I'm sure I'm missing something for E4. Suggestions?
