I have tried this and it works perfectly and is extremely fun!

All you need is a controller and an adapter, no lag if you play people in your region.

i have i5 cpu and gtx460 gpu and i run it at constant 60 fps

Shouldnt be a problem for any decent pc..

My problem is the processor

It runs emulators for all the earlier consoles, up to NullDC (Dream Cast), but can't handle Dolphin :/

ssb64 online has been around for a bit. Most recent post about how to set it up seems like this one? Not too sure..
