how can this be done? i have a 3ds, ds lite, x and soul silver, i want my togenic from soul silver, but cant fingure out how to.

Just evolve a togepi the same way you evolve an eevee into slyveon or w/e

first u need to tranfer the togetic from soul silver to a 5th gen game, (black, white, black2, white2)
then when the pokemon bank releases at the end december u can transfer it from the 5th gen game to x or y.

Lots of wasted time, you can just get make one in this game and get it now.

but if all else fails, yes, this is correct.
