While I get excited for X & Y I thought I'd play soul silver since I never beat it.

Who should I try and add to my team?

So far I'm sticking with these and don't feel like changing them.
(because I've only been leveling 3 pokemon atm and they will eventually be these)

Typhlosion
Golem
Scizor

I was thinking of adding kingdra cause i love that bitch but I can't get a horsea until so far into the game.

so yeah anyways.
name 3 other I can add to this but keep in mind not pokemon that you can only get once you finish the game lol.

Gengar (absolutely favorite)
Typhlosion
Dragonite
Nidoking
Ampharos or w/e it's called

Are Nightmare and Dream Eater even worth picking up since you need Hypnosis and Hypnosis is only 60% acc

I'm not that great at pokemon, not really understand IVS/EVS or playing competitively, but I've been playing every game since the original. Since gengar has such a high sp atk (iirc) I just stacked hard hitting moves. I think dark pulse, psychic, shadow ball and I'm drawing a blank on the last one

only time you should care about competitive shit is when you want to play vs other people
in game you can run w/e the fuck you want really
