Should I use Ziploc bags to protect my N64 and Snes cartridges?
I am not sure If it's a safe way to keep them from dust and humidity (long-term).

lmk if you have any better way (low cost)

also, what I should do to preserve the booklets and boxes?

You can buy a big lot of sleeves for cheep for snes/n64 games online

Use these, they fit perfectly around the boxes, if you put the books inside, they'll be protected against wear and tear, use them myself.
I don't know where you're from, but I think the shop I get them from ships worldwide. Pm me if you want a link.
