I'm pissed of that computer can drow 1000 fans as Kitana and I can drow one every hour. Is there a cheat or mod that we can recovery faster as computer? Or should we play just like we are thinking we are fighting hard players?

Just sega/nintendo. I'd suggest just googling it (in your own language so you can understand it or use a translator).

if i got it right he says they have faster recovery time than human players which is why he's looking for a mod to lower his recovery time aswell and he's wondering if they just did that so simulate good players and the game is meant to be played that way

I just think it's cheat comp has faster recovery enough to glitch the game. Combos can be a lot more effective than it, but...
