I wanna know why the fuck they decided to make Porygon level 26 so now he doesn't start with Conversion2 for a move. (When you get him from prize exchange and pay 9,999 coins)

Main reason for this thread is..
I'm pretty sure there isn't but just in case I'm a complete noob.
Is there any way to redo your move list to get back old ones? (like me getting back Conversion2)

make baby porygon
or
go back in time (get an older pokemon version and trade up the ranks of games)

pretty sure there is an npc that takes big/tiny mushrooms in exchange for reteaching past moves

yup its on two island, and you need 2 small mushroom or 1 big mushroom

forgot fire red had a npc that did this
