i had a similar problem and this fixed it

first off, whats your router brand? or do you know how to access it yourself

well i know my ip and u just copy + past it into bar uptop right? to display details ?

your routers ip yeah, so you can configure stuff

you need to do this to find your 3ds ip address and set up a dmz
