without a wiimote


i forgot my wiimote and really wanna play SSBB tonight but dont have acesss to getting a wiimote until tomorrow morning. is there ANY way i can start up the game?

/e: just did a quick google search, no there is no way to start a game w/o a wiimote

Nope, since they didn't give the gamecube remote access to move in the menu section, you're screwed till you find another wiitardmote.
Another great idea by nintendo.

yeah its pretty fucking stupid lol, they could've at least put some kind of option to start the game automatically (like the ds)

well to their defense i guess it kinda makes sense since the wiimote is the main controler and the gamecube conts dont work with every game

To their undefense, they should have made it a backup in case some one lost their controller.
But in their money grubbing ways, that was their hopes.
That way you have to spend $40 on the wiitardmote (Not counting if you got the wiiplus, which is higher here) and def if you have to get the wii nunchuks, another $20.
So, I could pick up a rand gamecube remote for 20-30 (depending on type) vs 60+ wiitardmotes.
