a lot of people thought the wiiu was just an add-on to the wii, cuz similar name and them only showing off the controller and telling us nothing about the specs of the console
leave it to nintendo to confuse their costumers

idk tbh i watched e3 last year and the only thing that confused me is how people came to the conclusion that it was just an add-on to the wii

they never showed the console when they presented it
pretty simple, and it could very well have been a simple add on for the wii

and even now, we dont have any info on the specs, only thing we know is that its similar in power to the 360/ps3 which is underwhelming since the price will be something like 400+ at least
i mean they better have something good for it, cuz i dont think a 360 with a tablet is going to sell a lot

ive pretty much bought all of nintendo's consoles until now, but i still doubt ill buy the wiiu, especially if they dont have a solid online and no 3rd party support

so far many devs said they were very happy with the wiiu and they want to bring their franchises on it

so im not concerned about the 3rd party support, also EA and steam were both trying to have the deal with nintendo to provide the online offerings so imo that's good news for the online (doenst mean it will be good but it looks promising)

and they showed hd real time footage of link fighting that giant spider and talked about having no latency for the screen on the controller, the wii couldnt do any of that


also not all components are on par with the 360-ps3 from what i heard

im not inventing this, my source is motherfucking pachter lol, and you should know better than that
if nintendo cant compete with what microsoft and sony are doing in term of online experience, then whats the point of innovating?
also the battle between steam and origins is still a mystery, i havent seen anything new on the subject, so until i see something confirmed, this is all just rumors

really i dont give a fuck about a tablet if i cant do stuff i can do on my current consoles, and nintendo already stated that online isnt their primary focus for this console, and i doubt its their second either

so until i see some real news about the wiiu, im still going to be mad
because all ive heard about the wiiu until now hasnt been very reassuring
