question 1: yes, but don't bother right now if it blows most of your budget
question 2: don't know, but they aren't really expensive yet from what i've heard (I suppose 60€ or so)

the system was kind of bad, spend the extra 70$ and get a wii and just download them on it


you wont have to you use a bad controller either you can use a ps2 wanabe controller or a super nintendo type controller
