My friend wants to buy a wii but he does not like the controller at all. So im wondering if there is a different type of controller to get for wii that works with all the games. I talking about a normal controller not some weird stick like the wii mote with wii motion or w/e the hell those things are called.

You can play the classic games with a gamecube cont (and few wii games I think) but Idk bout a alt cont for the wii which sucks.

you can use the classic pro controller which is identical to the ps2 controller (almost)


BUT it doesnt work on all games, from what ive seen it works on 50% of the multiplayer games





dont listen to him, the gc controller sucks and isnt compatible with most wii games. the pro controller for wii doesnt suck since its indentical to the ps2 controller

one other thing, the classic controller wont work with 60% of the first party titles, so dont expect to be able to use it on mario, zelds (who would want to anyways)

the wii isnbt meant to be a non motion system zzz, its impossible to make games that are meant to be used as motion games into games with a controller
