when its worth money, so usually you cant trade for it unless you do it in the R/L forums, but you need DF access which costs 1k per try (you may not get in at your first try )

well you could always make a donation to someone and that person could donate you a game via steam, both event dont really have to be related, if you know what i mean *wink wink*
