I honestly don't know if people have uploaded save files online, but if they do, you can put them on an SD card and throw them on your Wii that way.
Unless of Course Nintendo has a sort of Wii attachment where each save belongs to one Wii...

I don't think there are cheats, unless you want to download some saves on a Wii community?
